Society145 is located at 145 Columbia Street West, Waterloo, Ontario, N2L 3L2.

Need to contact management? You can email building management at societyadmin@craftpropertygroup.com or visit the main reception desk and request to speak to management. Our offices are located on the right side of the building as soon as you enter the main lobby.

Our suite pricing depends on how early you sign up for a lease. Pricing is based on availability. To receive our floor plans and prices please click here and fill out your information. You will be sent our pricing PDF via email or text and more information on how to apply for a lease.

Utilities are not included in the rent. You’re responsible to set up your utility account upon move-in. Each unit is separately metered and billed based on usage. Our suites are hardwired for high speed Fiber internet and include a Bell modem at a discounted rate. Please contact our leasing team for more details.

Yes you are allowed to sublet your room/apartment. Please contact societyadmin@craftpropertygroup.com.

Underground parking passes are available to residents for a monthly fee. Please send inquiries to societyadmin@craftpropertygroup.com and our team will respond with pricing.

Unfortunately there is currently no visitor parking available at Society 145. Paid parking is available across the street.

Yes pets are allowed.

Yes there is bike storage available at Society145.
